This dealer has markups on their vehicles which is definitely a turn off for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Online it was advertised for MSRP but once I got to the dealer is when the markup was applied. There was a 10% markup on my vehicle.. The Salesman was very helpful and friendly and got me the vehicle I wanted along side the GM who did what he could to get me approved. Overall a good experience just wish they would sell vehicles for their advertised MSRP.
Idropped my car off for its first oilchange and everythin was clean and went as expected.
My first time getting my Honda serviced at Johnson City Honda. Best experience I’ve ever had at any dealership service department. Very professional, capable staff. They vacuumed my car and washed it with no additional charge. They advised me of what my car needed and if coupons available but never pressured me to purchase anything. My car will be serviced here as long as their service continues to be this exceptional.
I was told on the phone the service would take 2 hours, when I dropped the car off- I was told it would take an hour and a half. They called after 45 minutes to say the service was complete. I love a dealership that over delivers! Fantastic experience!
I was visiting from out of town and needed an oil change and transmission issue checked. Wanted to get it taken care of before traveling out to Branson, Missouri. When explaining the problem to the service writer, he told me that most likely my Pilot needed a transmission flush and refill. I wasn’t sure when it was done last so I told them to do it. They finished everything in about an hour and when I drove my Pilot, the transmission issue was gone. Great job getting me in with no appointment and fast and efficient service.

He returned my calls promptly and gave a detailed description of the service they would check for, as well as calling me back to confirm to start with the repair or not. he also checked over our company's vehicle warranty, (even though it was purchased at Toyota) to assist us with the best service we should have. we truly appreciate it this as a nonprofit organization.

While the service at this dealership is excellent, as always, the prices have become outrageous. I've been coming to this lot for 33 years and while I understand prices have gone up over the years I just can't afford to come here for service anymore. I bought a used car for my grandson and it was a pleasure dealing with JC Honda. Our salesman was not "pushy" even though I stopped by 4 times. he also did not give me the "little lady" talk and treated me with respect and negotiating on an agreeable price was also a positive experience. When I elected to have another service added after completion of the original service, I was provided a loaner vehicle. I can think of no way the service could have been better.

Always professional but yet very friendly. Does what needs to be done correctly and timely and always calls you if something was found and may need repaired to explain it to you and what the cost will be. Trust them with repairs and maintenance.
