We called ahead to make arrangements to order a Honda CR-V Hybrid and was quoted a price. When we arrived, we ordered the car at the price quoted. There was no funny business, trying to add on additional $$ that weren't included in the original quote (such as Destination & Handling, taxes, or color choice.) The quoted price was the price we paid. We'd had a bad experience at another dealership, where the manager insisted that we had to pay an additional $3,500 to purchase the same car. The service department was clean. Spotless. I arrived early for my appointment they took my truck right in. The service rep (I believe his name was Junior) was a model of efficiency. Very attentive and courteous. The service was completed fifteen minutes before the estimated time I was told it would take. They also washed my truck when they were finished. No charge. This was probably my best service experience with a dealership EVER.... and no I don't work for them.. I've never dealt with them before.
