I just purchased my 3rd Honda in as many years from J C Honda. The salesman was John Steffner. He was very curious and worked w/ me on making the sale to my satisfaction. He was very pleasant and I would recomend him to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. I never owed a Honda until 2008 and have been so pleased I have returned to purchased 2 more Hondas. Both certified used. The service department is another reason I returned. They are great too and Bubba the shuttle driver is to be commended too. Keep up the good work Joe!

He kept us informed and never tried to sell us something we couldnt afford. He as well as everyone at Johnson City Honda treated the sales of our older model Honda just as importantly as if we were purchasing a brand new car. The sales staff worked together as a teamand made sure that we were always treated as number one. Rick Keesee is down toearth and answered our questions thouroughly. " I just got a Honda Fit Sport and I LOVE IT!!! My sales consultant was Jimmy Moore, who was very friendly, professional , and efficient. I actually stayed a bit after hours finalizing the deal, and he was very patient and nice... even though I'm sure he wanted to get home!! Everyone I encountered at JC Honda was really nice, actually. "I bought my Odyssey in 2008 from this dealership and have been bringing it back for regular service since then. All the service people I've dealt with have been courteous and helpful. But a year or so ago, I happened to start my visit at Lisa's station, and from then on, I always look for her when I bring the van in. She is so friendly, and really great about explaining exactly what's going on with the service or repairs. It's nice to be recognized and warmly greeted. She's up front about how much time it may take, and quick to arrange a ride if I need it. Several times she has taken the time to look up past service records to help clarify things for me. She is honest about which things need to be done right away, and which could wait a little while. Simply put, she makes what is usually a chore into a pleasant interaction. In my opinion, it's the best customer service I've ever had. My daughter just bought a used car, and knowing that our Honda dealership takes good care of us made me so glad when she ended up choosing a Honda Civic."

The ride is absolutely phenomenal, but my salesman, Bennett Loparo impressed me more than anyone I've ever done business with. He went above and beyond to make my purchase personal. He even filled up my tank with gas himself. I've always just been given vouchers and had to pump the gas myself. I've definitely found a new car dealership and it's Johnson City Honda.
